Designed around the George Barnsley and Sons Bevel Point Paring knife, it has 5mm added to the base of the bevel point
This all steel knife is still 10" in length, tapering from 25mm up to 34mm at the widest point
Laser cut from 2mm O1 carbon steel and hardened to 57 Rockwell.
This knife has a machined 17 degree bevel and a Vibro polish finish to prevent discoloration with age.
Available in right (No.4081) and left (No.4082) handed options.
