PAYMENT.    We accept all major debit and credit cards including American Express, PayPal or cheques made payable to  METROPOLITAN LEATHER CO. LTD. If paying by cheque - Goods will be despatched once funds have cleared.

DELIVERY.    We aim to despatch your goods next working day but please allow extra time for special "made to order" goods or goods not held in stock.

CARRIAGE.    Goods are sent by Commercial Carrier UK mainland. For overseas please contact us for individual quote. Please note that shipping charges are subject to VAT.    SHIPPING COSTS WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR FINAL BILL.

PRICES.    Are subject to change without notice and goods are offered subject to availability.

V.A.T.    Within the UK and European Community will be charged at the current rate. Deliveries to the Channel Islands and outside the E.U are not subject to VAT.

DESCRIPTIONS.    Are given in good faith but it is the responsibility of the user to decide if the materials are suitable for their particular job.

RETURNS.    If you are not satisfied with your purchase we will gladly replace the product or give you a credit note. Please note that any such goods must be returned in "as new condition" within 30 days of date of purchase - CUT SKINS ARE NOT RETURNABLE.

CLAIMS.    We must be notified within 7 days of receipt for damaged/shortage of goods and 14 days of despatch for non delivery of goods.

SALE OR RETURN.    No products are sold on a "sale or return" basis under any circumstances.

UNLISTED ITEMS.    We have all types of leathers not permanently featured on our web site - Please contact us with specific enquiries.
