Payment
We accept all major debit and credit cards including American Express, PayPal or cheques made payable to METROPOLITAN LEATHER CO. LTD. If paying by cheque - Goods will be despatched once funds have cleared.
Delivery
We aim to despatch your goods next working day but please allow extra time for special "made to order" goods or goods not held in stock.
Carriage
Goods are sent by Commercial Carrier. Please note that shipping charges are subject to VAT. SHIPPING COSTS WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR FINAL BILL.
Prices
Are subject to change without notice and goods are offered subject to availability.
VAT
Within the UK and European Community will be charged at the current rate. Deliveries to the Channel Islands and outside the E.U are not subject to VAT.
Descriptions
Are given in good faith but it is the responsibility of the user to decide if the materials are suitable for their particular job.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase we will gladly replace the product or give you a credit note. Please note that any such goods must be returned in "as new condition" within 30 days of date of purchase and rolled GRAIN SIDE OUT - Leather rolled grain side in will not be accepted.
CUT SKINS ARE NOT RETURNABLE.
Claims
We must be notified within 7 days of receipt for damaged/shortage of goods and 14 days of despatch for non delivery of goods.
Sale or Return
No products are sold on a "sale or return" basis under any circumstances.
